There is a resourceful secret out there, mushrooms can grow on agricultural waste products! Because mushrooms have a specific enzyme system, they can digest these waste products with re-purpose. We collect ag-wastes from local businesses providing a happy grow medium for our mushrooms while reducing waste production in the city!
